This letter is to confirm that we have perused your documents in relation to the Australian Spiritual Alliance including the Constitution and are of the view that all requirements have been met.

We further confirm, that SCB Legal are willing to provide Free Legal Advice to all members of the Alliance. In the event that proceedings are commenced however, or further action is required, the individual members and/or Alliance, depending on whom the claim is against, will incur legal fees at an amount agreed between SCB Legal and that person/entity.

As instructed by you, I have read and considered the agreement you provided to me between Australian Spiritual Alliance ABN 71 855 044 525 and BMS Risk Solutions Pty Ltd ABN 45 161 187 980.

After careful consideration of the agreement in my opinion the agreement is sound and requires no amendments.
